Improving professional skills in accordance with the new requirements of the labor market for 32 students/year from the 11th grade, specializing in mathematics-computer science and Technician in economic activities.
Improving teaching, digital, and linguistic skills for 5 teachers in order to enhance the quality of the initial vocational training services offered to students.
Improving English language, interpersonal, intercultural, teamwork, civic, and active European citizenship competencies by 10%/year for the 32 students/year participants.
Increasing the capacity of Ioan Slavici Theoretical High School to implement quality Erasmus+VET mobility projects.
